ポリシー
Cancellation policy
宿泊開始まで14日以上ある場合、予約後48時間以内のキャンセルは全額返金予約後48時間を過ぎて到着7日前までのキャンセルは50％返金、到着まで7日を切ってのキャンセルは返金不可。
If there are 14 days or more until the start of the stay, cancellations within 48 hours after booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking up to 7 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

チェックインは 15時 からになります。
チェックイン受付は対面式で鍵の番号をお伝えし、ハウスの案内を致します。
Check-in will be at 3pm, we will give you the key PIN number and guide you to the house.
チェックアウト
Check-out
10:00
チェックアウトは10時までにお願いします。
チェックアウト時には、お部屋の清掃、使用した食器類の洗浄をお願いします。ゴミは分別してテラスにある4つのゴミ容器に入れて下さい。また、チェックアウトの時間が決まりましたら連絡をして下さい。お見送りをいたします。
Please check out by 10am.
When checking out, please clean up your room and wash the tableware you used.
Please separate the trash and put it in the four garbage containers on the terrace. Please contact us when checking out.I'll see you off.

Welcome to our property as your chosen place of accommodation. To ensure that every guest has a pleasant stay in our premises, we have established some house rules aimed at maintaining and promoting a harmonious and peaceful living environment.
Before your check-in, please take some time to carefully read through these rules to ensure that you understand and agree to comply with them.
If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to working together with you to create an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

玄関 Entrance
玄関では靴を脱いで、スリッパに履き替えて下さい。
Please take off your shoes at the entrance and change into slippers.
スーツケースは引きずらないで、手で持って運んでください。
Please don't drag the suitcase; carry it by hand.
トイレ Toilet
トイレットペーパー以外のものを流さないでください。特にティッシュペーパー、プラスチックなどトイレのパイプを詰まらせたり、損傷の恐れのある物を流さないでください。
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.In paticular,do not flush tissue paper or plastics as it may clog or damage the toilet pipes.
お風呂 Bath
シャンプー、シャワージェル、コンディショナーはご自由にお使いください。ただし持ち帰らないでください。水やお湯を出しっぱなしにしないでください。
Please feel free to use shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner.However, please do not take it home.Please do not leave the water or hot water running.
キッチン Kitchen
調理器具、食器、カトラリー、台所用品はご自由にお使いください。使用した食器、カトラリーなどは洗って全て元の場所に戻して下さい。
Please feel free to use cooking utensils, tableware, cutlery and kitchen utensils.Please wash the dishes and cutlery you used and put them all back where they were.
冷蔵庫 Refrigerator
チェックアウトの際は冷蔵庫の中から食べ物を全て出して下さい。
Please take all the food out of the refrigerator when you check out.
ゴミ捨て Taking out the garbage
ゴミの分別の日本の規則はとても厳しいです。分別は燃えるゴミ、燃えないゴミ(カン)、ペットボトル、瓶です。
The Japanese rules for separating garbage are very strict.Separation is burnable garbage, non-burmable garbage (can), plastic bottles, and glasses bottles.

キッチンには燃えるゴミ、燃えないゴミ、ペットボトルの3つのゴミ容器があります。ガラス瓶のゴミ容器はバルコニーにあります。必ず適切にゴミを分別して捨てて下さい。
There are three garbage bin in the kitchen: burnable, non-burnable,and plastic bottles.The glass bottle trash can is on the bajcony.Please make sure to separate the trash properly and throw it away.
ゴミ箱がいっぱいになりましたら、テラスにある大きな4つのゴミ容器に入れて下さい。
When the garbage bin is full, please put it in four large garbage containers on the terrace.

ペットは禁止です

パーティー、イベントは禁止です
No parties or events allowed.
インターネット Internet
wifiが使用可能です。SSIDとパスワードはハウスルールブックに記載されています。
Wi-Fi is available.The SSID and password are listed in the House Rulebook.
禁煙 NO SMOKING
敷地内は禁煙です。タバコの臭いを含め喫煙の損害に関することは適切な手数料を課して修理と清掃が必要になります。
Smoking is prohibited on the premises.Smoking damages, including cigarette odors, need to be repaired and cleaned with appropriate fees.
安全のために Safety
日本は安全な国で有名です。しかし国内のどこかでは悲しい犯罪がおきています。安全の為、家の中にいる時はドアの鍵を閉め、出かける時は窓とドアの鍵を閉めて下さい。あなたの貴重な所有物の損失や傷害に責任を取れません。
Japan is famous for being a safe country.But for your safety, please lock the door when you are inside the house and lock the windows and doors when you go out.We cannot take responsibility for the loss or injury of your valuable possessions.
騒音は小さく Please Be Quiet after 8pm.
この家は静かな居住地域に位置していて、近隣に多くの居住者と来客がいます。特に夜8時以降は近隣に迷惑をかけないよう騒音に気をつけてください。
The house is located in a quiet residential area with many residents and visitors nearby.Especially after eight o'clock in the evening, please be a good neighbor and keep the noise down.
その他 Other
部屋にあるものは持ち帰らないでください。
Please don't take anything from the room.
部屋の物を破壊、過度に汚した場合は弁償してもらう可能性があります。
We may demand compensation in the case that items in the room are damaged or severely dirtied.
